This privacy policy describes how PetRealm ("we", "the app") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the PetRealm mobile application. PetRealm is a casual idle pet-collection game with optional rewarded ads.
This Google Play release does not include accounts, paid purchases, user cash withdrawals, gift-card redemption, or identity verification (KYC). Coins, Treats, and Gems are in-game currencies with no cash value to you and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash. The app displays a cash-out progress meter as a preview of a planned future feature; withdrawals are disabled in this release. If we add real rewards in a future release, we will update this policy before they go live.
Game progress (stored on your device only). Your pets, levels, currencies, daily-goal progress, collection, and settings are saved locally on your device. PetRealm has no accounts and no game server in this release — we do not upload or store your game progress.
Advertising data. When you choose to view a rewarded ad, Google AdMob may receive your device Advertising ID, IP address, device information, and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads. PetRealm does not receive your raw Advertising ID. Ads are optional: they are only shown when you tap an ad button (boost, free pet, bonus Coins, Treat refill, or extending the away-earning window).
Diagnostics and analytics. If enabled in the submitted build, Sentry may receive crash diagnostics and PostHog may receive anonymized app event names. If the corresponding keys are not enabled, these services do not collect data from the app.
We do not sell your data. We use service providers to operate the app:
Future services (a game server for progress sync and reward validation, or a rewards provider) will be added to this policy before they are enabled in a public build.
Game progress lives on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its storage. We hold no copy.
Delete your data: Uninstall PetRealm, or clear the app's storage in Android Settings → Apps → PetRealm. Because progress is stored only on your device, this removes it completely.
Ad preferences: You can reset or opt out of the Android Advertising ID in your device settings. Where required, Google's ad-consent flow may be shown before ads are served.
PetRealm is intended for adults aged 18 and older and is not directed to children.
If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date and may show a notice in the app for material changes.
